Constructive feedback on submitted applications

Considering that there were only 48 submissions, could we get some constructive feedback (based on judging criteria, for example) on improving our applications?

  I didn't participate, I just voted, but I would love to know what criteria led the judges to chose these winners. No demerit to the winning apps, but I think that some of the "losers" had developed really amazing apps...

  ...as evidenced by their thousands of downloads and high review scores on Google Play. 4.8, 4.6, something like that.
