Loaner devices

Hi everyone,

With a week to go, there is still time to get devices from our loaner program. If you think you'll need a device for testing, I recommend sending your information in now. It does take a few days to get a device shipped and have it arrive.

    I feel like I heard somewhere that the loaner program is for two weeks. Is that right? And what address should I send it back to after the competition ends?

    Hi Obasi,

    Yes, the loaner program is for two weeks (after you receive the device). Please return it to 2820 Orchard Parkway, San Jose, CA 95134, care of Craig West.

    Also, for anyone willing to travel to our office, you can make an appointment to come in and test on a device here.

    Hi Hod,
    I live in Bay Area ( Redwood City ) and need the loaner device to complete my app. Would it be possible for you to ship a device to me tomorrow. Also I am open to pick the device in person if that is also an option. Please write to me so that I can send you my details. Thank you very much.

    Please write to galaxynotedevsupport@sta.samsung.com with your phone number and address. Someone from Samsung San Office today will give you details how to pick it up if you prefer.
